What is Tag Circle?
Tag Circle is a Christchurch-based small business networking and collaboration group designed for sole traders, startups, and local professionals. We provide fortnightly in-person meetups, member support, community-led learning, collaboration opportunities, and momentum through high-trust relationships. Our focus is on meaningful connection, professional growth, and practical support for small business owners across Christchurch and Banks Peninsula.

Tag Circle Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Complimentary First MonthEvery new visitor is welcome to enjoy a complimentary first month at Tag Circle.
Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to our session calendar.
Please choose the date you would like your first visit to begin, and email Felicia to confirm this start date.
Your complimentary month begins from the date you confirm.2. Membership Start DateAfter your complimentary month ends, your paid membership begins from the next invoice cycle.
Invoices are issued on the 20th of each month, with payment due on the 3rd of the following month.
Membership operates on a monthly basis rather than per session.
3. Membership ModelTag Circle is a month-to-month membership community.
Your membership includes access to:
Fortnightly in-person sessions
Member activities
Access to the private Facebook group
Member communications and newsletters
Spot-prize eligibility
Shared resources and ongoing support
Opportunities to connect, collaborate, and learn within the community
Membership fees apply regardless of how many sessions you attend in a given month.
4. Notice PeriodIf you wish to pause or cancel your membership, please provide two weeks’ notice.
This ensures your membership can be updated before the next invoice cycle.
Cancellations take effect from the end of the current billing period.5. Payments & InvoicingInvoices issued: 20th of each month
Payment due: 3rd of the following month
All payments are processed via the details provided on your invoice.
Late or missed payments may result in a temporary pause of access until the account is settled.6. Attendance ExpectationsMembers are encouraged to attend regularly to gain the most value from the community.
You do not need to bring anything to sessions except a willingness to engage, reflect, and connect.7. Behaviour & Community ValuesTag Circle is built on support, connection, and purposeful collaboration.
All members agree to:
Participate in a respectful and inclusive manner
Maintain confidentiality when sensitive topics are shared
Contribute to a positive and encouraging environment
Avoid selling, pitching, or pressure-based interactions within the group
Members who behave in ways that undermine the group’s values may be asked to leave.
8. Facebook Group Access
Active members will be invited to join the private Facebook group & WhatsApp group after their start date is confirmed.
If your membership is paused or cancelled, Facebook group access will be removed.9. Membership Changes
Tag Circle reserves the right to update membership fees, session structures, or terms.
